Terms of Service

By creating a StrikeHoney account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

StrikeHoney is a job-management app for solo and small trade contractors, covering lead capture, quotes, job management, invoicing, and collecting payments, plus a business phone number and a free generated website.

You need an account to use StrikeHoney. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

StrikeHoney is $24 CAD/month (or a discounted rate if paid ahead), billed to the payment method on file. There are no tiers and no long-term contract.

The first 30 sign-ups get a 90-day free trial as part of the "Founding 30" offer; standard trial length and pricing apply after that offer ends or fills.

You can cancel anytime from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so we don't charge you again after that, and we don't offer partial-period refunds except where required by law.

You own your business data, meaning your customers, quotes, jobs, and invoices. We need a limited license to store, process, and display that data back to you in order to run the service. You can export everything at any time, and we'll delete your data on request as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including quotes, invoice amounts, and communications sent to your customers through StrikeHoney.

Customer payments are processed through our payment partner. Funds transfer, payout timing, and any processing fees are governed by that provider's terms in addition to ours. StrikeHoney is not a bank and does not hold customer funds itself.

Use StrikeHoney for legitimate trade-business purposes. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, misrepresent who you are, or violate any law, including consumer-protection or anti-spam rules that apply to messages you send customers through the app.

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

We aim to keep StrikeHoney available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll give notice of planned maintenance where practical.

StrikeHoney is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond what's explicitly promised here, and our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. Continuing to use StrikeHoney after that means you accept the updated terms.
